Group Offerings

Where we have the benefit of loving community, we are stronger, more deeply held, more connected, and less alone. Group therapy and other supportive group formats can generate a special kind of care and healing which we have precious little of in today's highly individualized culture. Here are some groups offerings facilitated by therapists, coaches, and counselors.

Romantic Partnerships Learning and Process Group

We all want to learn how to improve and grow in our relationships with romantic partners, but for many of us, couple’s therapy is inaccessibly expensive. This group offering is designed to provide helpful learning and processing space for anyone interested in discovering new ways to approach their relationships, whether monogamous or polyamorous, established or new. Using a combination of techniques from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), applications from depth/psychodynamic theory, and experiential learning, participants have a chance to share their experiences of romantic relationships in a group format, as well as learn from and support the experiences of others. Together we can work through the issues that limit intimacy, trust, cooperation, acceptance, and communication in our relationships.
